  I came in with some old jewelry, just to see if it was worth selling. David offered a higher price than other jewelers in the area. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He's very knowledgeable about the product, and can even tell where the jewelry might have been bought. Super friendly service, and you feel really welcomed here. Highly recommend if you want to buy/sell jewelry.

  David at Mimi's was super honest, he quoted me the highest on buying my ex wife's wedding ring back. I went to the original builder of the ring and he offered less and wasn't as honest and upfront as David was. Will for sure be coming back for life and have earned my business for the future.

  I am not a jewelry person. I begrudgingly wear a fitness tracker ring because it's less cumbersome than the sort that goes on your wrist. But I found myself going to Mimi's because while traveling through the area for a wedding, my mother said she needed to replace a watch battery. I made some calls.

At first, I was a bit put off that when I inquired about a battery replacement, i was told I'd have to leave the watch over night. But the price was right and Mimi's location was next to where I'd be so I decided to go in to hand off the watch. Once in the store, my mom resisted handing off her watch and asked if someone could just take the time to replace the battery on the spot. We were told all battery replacements take place at the end of the day when the person does them all at once. Fine. We could pick up the watch the next day.
The woman who was on duty was very nice.

The next day, we came in to pick up the watch on our way to the wedding. The woman working (different than the day before) asked for my mom's receipt. She didn't have it handy so the woman looked for it by her name. All in all, it was a short, pleasant transaction.

We were charged $15 for the battery and labor, but given a $1.50 discount as new customers. That was a nice surprise.

In the car, my mom said to me, "I really liked the person who served us." I laughed, saying, "All she did was hand you your watch, mom." But my mom said, "Yes, but she was kind and she smiled with even with her eyes. Her voice was confident and respectful. She made you feel attended to." I couldn't disagree.

And for that kind service with a smile, I offer five stars.

  David is AMAZING! My fiancée and I just recently got engaged and got our sets of rings through Mimi's. David went above and beyond the entire experience! At first we thought we wanted moissanite  instead of diamonds for the center stones and David was able to get us excellent quality lab diamonds for the fraction of the cost! He worked around the clock with my fiancée and was able to adjust everything she asked for, making multiple renders and a wax mold of the rings to see in advance. They came out better than we could have imagined! 10/10 recommend. David is our jeweler for life!

  Came in for a ring resizing and really enjoyed the service here. Communicated first with David over yelp to set up an appointment which was very easy and clear, he also let me know the business would be closed due to various events, which was very helpful for timing.

Pricing was up front and fair, drop off and pickup was also very straightforward.

Other associates helped when I went to pick up my ring, so I can say the great service and hospitality also extended to the other employees as well.
