 Verified TL;DR: Friendly, courteous staff and great customer service. An issue arose that was resolved promptly, kindly, and professionally.

Recently brought in costume jewelry, two different earrings, for repairs. I'm not familiar with jewelry repair so was apprehensive. One earring needed the post reattached. Was told they don't do costume jewelry, but they checked that piece out and said the part that needed fixing was silver so could be fixed (phew). The other earring needed tiny imitation diamonds glued back onto it. They advised to use super glue, which I'd already tried, so they suggested looking for a jewelry glue (grateful for the advice; haven't tried it yet). When I returned to pick up the other earring, the post repair was perfect, but I noticed the gold parts had been polished off (earring is silver with gold accents) but second guessed myself and left. I compared it to the other earring when I got home and decided the gold really had been removed. Called the shop who shared their before and after photos with me and confirmed that it had been polished which is routine. I hadn't been told it would be polished, and the gold wasn't tarnish. They understood the situation and said they would replate the gold parts but that the gold may look a little more yellow than the original color. The next day, I brought in the full pair. They replated the gold for me in no time, and the difference in color is negligible. The two different staff I dealt with were incredibly kind and professional about everything and made it a good experience for someone is working on speaking up for herself more.
