  Such a wonderful family business. I went in to have a necklace designed using a stone that has been in my family, and my youngest son fell in love with the gems. One of their specialist spent just as much time with my son as they did with me. They helped him design a ring within his budget (he just turned 11). We are both thrilled! They are so thoughtful and caring, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mimi's Jewelry!

  Mimi's Jewelry is an amazing place of business. The staff is courteous and provide excellent customer service. I went in to sell my diamond rings. David gave me a very fair price for my jewelery. He walked me through the entire process and gave me a realistic estimate for what I could sell my diamonds. He was consistent with everything I read online and he offered me a cash payout that was more than fair. I would definitely do business here again and would go back to purchase jewelery. Their display cases had pieces that anyone would be pleased to own.

  I'm so pleased with the customer service and overall results from Mimi's Jewelry! I was referred to Mimi's by my jeweler out in PA; my husband got my wedding set from her but we live in Orange County. I needed to get my wedding set professionally cleaned and I hoped Jen could point me in the right direction. I'm so happy she did! David and his team are absolutely wonderful!   Wow! What a gem of a place to find right around the corner from us. They got us exactly what we wanted and didn't price gouge us at all. I'm in love with the ring. They got me the exact setting I wanted and set the moissanite stone so perfectly it sparkles even in the worst light. It honestly feels magical and I find myself staring at it all the time! Not only that but they got the ring to us in record time so we could have it for the engagement AND offered to help my fiance by faking that it "wasn't going to be ready on time" so I could be surprised. This business cares about you as a customer and I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

  Great local jewelry store in Fountain Valley near Albertsons. I cane in for a strap change for my watch. Not only did they do it with no issues , they didn't charge me. Most shops would have charged at least $10-15. Customer service is second to none in the area. Will now be my primary local jeweler.

  The first time I visited this establishment I noticed how personable the owner and staff were to the customers who came in. The owner actually addressed each customer by name. He actually knew each person's name as they walked in. Aside from doing fabulous work in terms of design, making and cleaning my jewelry, which would be expected, their customer service goes beyond what I'd ever expect. I am now one of those customers who walks in and is addressed by my name. It feels like home.   Recently, my sister and I wanted to have my late mother's wedding ring appraised. We took it to several jewelers to be certain we got a fair and honest price. Like most people, we know very little about the jewelry business and were afraid of being ripped-off especially since it was our mother's ring. After a thorough inspection, not only did David at Mimi's Jewelers offer us the highest price but he invited us to be involved in every step of the process. The diamond was extremely old (maybe a century) and he needed to see how much of it was salvageable since there were numerous cracks.  In the end, we received more than we expected (he offered 3X more than another jeweler) and we were more than satisfied. On top of this, he was patient and knowledgable. Thanks to David, Mimi's is our new favorite jewelry store!
