  I purchased my engagement ring from NK Jewelers in Fountain Valley but when one of the diamonds fell off, I brought it back to them. Instead of trying to help me get the stone replaced, they tried to sell me a new setting for $1200. They  told me it probably wouldn't be possible to replace because they don't make this style anymore and it would cost too much to replace so it would be easier to buy another ring. I wanted time to consider my options so after leaving NK, I went to Mimi's. Mimi's sent it in for a quote and it came back at $280. They replaced the diamond in less than 2 weeks! Mimi's provided great service, honesty, and reasonably priced. I'm buying my jewelry from Mimi's from now on.
